Yet even after more than two days in the water she was somehow able to walk onshore and offer three messages rather eloquently: One is, we should never ever give up. Two is, youre never too old to chase your dream. Three is, it looks like a solitary sport, but its a team. Which makes this tip of the day as many others before not just for fitness, but for life. So maybe we can follow her example to get through our rough patches as she did hers: Hum lullabies or Beatles songs. Be thankful for those who cheer us on.
